AxioMx’s Customer Service team is here to assist you with any questions you may have about placing an order with AxioMx or monitoring an existing order. Some common questions may be answered in these sections below:
How Do I Place an Order?
There are two manners in which orders can be placed with AxioMx:
- AxioMx Express orders are placed and processed using our on-line ordering method. See “Placing an AxioMx Express Order” to learn more.
- All other custom services orders are placed through execution of a statement of work or quotation. Your sales representative and our scientific liaison will assist you with this process.
How Do I Receive Approval for Payment by Purchase Order?
AxioMx accepts payment by purchase order from approved institutions. To request approval for purchase order placement, complete the purchase order account application (located here) and e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Processing is completed in 2-5 business days. Orders placed by purchase order prior in the meantime will be held in the interim and immediately processed upon purchase order placement approval.
